［位置定位］ 在骶部，当骶正中脊旁1.5寸，平第4骶后孔。
［解剖］ 在臀大肌，骶结节韧带下内缘；有臀下动、静脉，深层为阴部内动、静脉；布有皮神经，深层为阴部神经。
［主治作用］ 遗尿，疝气，遗精，月经不调，白带，腰部疼痛。
［配伍］ 配三阴交、肾俞、治遗尿、月经不调。
