［位置定位］ 在胸外侧部，当第5肋间隙，距前正中线6寸。
［解剖］ 在第五肋间隙，前锯肌中，深层有肋间内、外肌；布有胸外侧动、静脉，胸腹壁动、静脉；布有第五肋间神经外侧皮支。
［主治作用］ 胸胁胀痛，噫气，翻胃，腹胀，水肿。
［配伍］ 配膻中治胸肋胀痛。
［附注］ 本经食窦至大包诸穴，深部为肺脏，不可深刺。
