养老穴在哪里？怎么找到养老穴的位置？
［位置定位］ 在前臂背面尺侧，当尺骨小头近端桡侧凹缘中。
［解剖］ 左尺骨背面，尺骨茎突上方，尺侧腕伸肌腱和小指固有伸肌腱之间；布有前臂骨间背侧动、静脉的末支，腕静脉网；有前臂背侧皮神经和尺神经。
［主治作用］ 目视不明，肩、背、肘、臂酸痛。
［配伍］ 配太冲、足三里治目视不明。
［附注］ 手太阳经郄穴。
[Point Location] On the dorsal side of the wrist, in the bony cleft on the radial side of the styloid process of the ulna.
[Indications] Failing eyesight, paralysis of upper extremities, pain in the wrist and back.
