［位置定位］ 在胸外侧部，当第３肋间隙，距前正中线6寸。
［解剖］ 在第三肋间隙，胸大肌、胸小肌外缘，前锯肌中，下层为肋间内、外肌；有胸外侧动、静脉，第三肋间动、静脉；布有第三肋间神经。
［主治作用］ 胸胁胀痛。
［配伍］ 配膻中治胸肋胀痛。
