［位置定位］ 在足外侧部，当外踝前缘直下，骰骨下缘处。
［解剖］ 在腓骨长肌腱和小趾外展肌之间；有足底外侧动、静脉；布有足背外侧皮神经，深层为足底外侧神经。
［主治作用］ 头痛，癫痫 ，小儿惊风 ，腰痛，下肢痿痹，外踝痛。
［配伍］ 配太阳合谷治头痛。
［附注］ 足太阳经郄穴。
