大杼穴在哪里？怎么找到大杼穴的位置？
［位置定位］ 在背部，当第1胸椎棘突下，旁开1.5寸。
［解剖］ 有斜方肌，菱形肌，上后锯肌，最深层为最长肌；有第一肋间动、静脉后支布有第一胸神经后支的皮支，深层为第一胸神经后支外侧支。
［主治作用］ 咳嗽，发热，项强，肩背痛。
［配伍］ 配肩中俞、肩外俞治肩背痛。
［附注］ (l)八会穴之一，骨会大杼；手足太阳经交会穴。 (2)本经背部诸穴，不宜深刺， 以免伤及内部重要脏器。
[Point Location] 1.5 cun lateral to GV13 level with the spinous process of T1. (from the midline to the medial border of the scapula is considered 3 cun)
[Indications] Cough, fever, aching of the shoulder joint.
