［位置定位］ 在手掌尺侧，当第5掌骨基底与钩骨之间的凹陷处，赤白肉际。
［解剖］ 在手背尺侧，小指展肌起点外缘；有腕背侧动脉(尺动脉分支) ，手背静脉网；布有尺神经手背支。
［主治作用］ 头项强痛，耳鸣，目翳，黄疸，热病，疟疾，指挛腕痛。
［配伍］ 配阳陵泉、肝俞、胆俞治黄疸。
［附注］ 手太阳经所过为“原”。
