［位置定位］ 在项部大筋（斜方肌）外缘之后发际凹陷中，约当后发际正中旁开1.3寸。
［解剖］ 在斜方肌起部，深层为头半棘肌：有枕 动、静脉干；布有枕大神经干。
［主治作用］ 头痛，项强，鼻塞，癫狂痫，肩背病， 热病。
［配伍］ 配大椎治头痛项强。
[Point Location] 1.3 cun lateral to GV15 and 0.5 cun above the posterior hairline, in a depression on the lateral aspect of the trapezius muscle.
Indications: Occipital headache, stiffness and rigidity of neck, insomnia.
