［位置定位］ 在背部，当第3胸椎棘突下，旁开3寸。
［解剖］ 在肩胛骨脊柱缘，有斜方肌，菱形肌，深层为髂肋肌；有第三肋间动、静脉背侧支 颈横动脉降支；布有第二、三胸神经后支。
［主治作用］ 咳嗽，气喘，肺痨，项强，肩背痛。
［配伍］ 配天突、膻中治咳喘。

[Indications] Bronchitis, asthma, pleuritis, vomiting , shoulder pain, pulmonary tuberculosis.
