［位置定位］在肩上，前直乳中，当大椎与肩峰端连线的中点上。
［解剖］有斜方肌，深层为肩胛提肌与冈上肌；有颈横动、静脉分支；布有腋神经分支，深层上方为桡神经。
［主治作用］肩背痹痛，手臂不举，颈项强痛，乳痈，中风，瘰疬，难产，诸虚百损。
［配伍］配足三里、阳陵泉治脚气酸痛；治疗乳腺炎特效穴。
［附注］足少阳、阳维之会。
[Point Location] Midway between the spinous process of C7 (GV14) and the acromion process at the highest point of the trapezius muscle.
[Indications] Pain in shoulder and back, rigidity and stiffness of neck, motor impairment of upper extremities, mastitis, hyperthyroidism, functional uterine bleeding.
