［位置定位］在膝外侧，当股骨外上髁上方的凹陷处。

［解剖］在髂胫束后方，股二头肌腱前方；有膝上外侧动、静脉；布有股外侧皮神经末支。

［主治作用］膝膑肿痛，腘筋挛急，小腿麻木。

［配伍］配环跳、承筋治胫痹不仁；配血海、膝关、犊鼻、丰隆、曲池、合谷治膝关节炎。
