［位置定位］ 在肩胛部，岗上窝中央，天宗直上，举臂有凹陷处。
［解剖］ 在肩胛岗上缘中央，表层为斜方肌，再下为岗上肌；有肩胛动、静脉；布有锁骨上神经和副神经，深层为肩胛上神经。
［主治作用］ 肩胛疼痛，上肢酸麻。
［配伍］ 配天宗治肩胛疼痛。
［附注］ 手三阳与足少阳经交会穴。
[Point Location] Above SI11 in the center of the suprascapular fossa, in a depression when arm is lifted.
[Indications] Pain in the shoulder joint, numbness and aching of upper extremities.
