［位置定位］在小腿内侧，当太溪与阴谷的连线上，太溪上5寸，腓肠肌肌腹的内下方。
［解剖］在腓肠肌和趾长屈肌之间；深部有胫后动、静脉；布有腓肠内侧皮神经和小腿内侧皮神经，深层为胫神经本干。
［主治作用］癫狂，痫证，呕吐涎沫，疝痛，小儿脐疝，小腿内侧痛。
［配伍］配肾俞、关元治水肿；配大敦、归来治疝气；配承山、合阳、阳陵泉治小腿痿、痹、瘫；配水沟、百会治癫、狂、痫证。
［附注］阴维脉郄穴。
