［位置定位］ 在胸部，当第1肋间隙，距前正中线4寸。
［解剖］ 在第一肋间隙有胸大肌、胸小肌，深层为肋间内、外肌，有胸肩峰动、静减及胸外侧动、静脉分支；布有胸前神经分支。
［主治作用］ 咳嗽，气喘，咳唾脓血，胸肋胀痛。
［配伍］ 配屋翳治胸肋胀痛。
