［位置定位］在腕背横纹中，当指总伸肌腱的尺侧缘凹陷处。
［解剖］皮下有手背静脉网，第四掌背动脉；布有尺神经手背支及前臂背侧皮神经末支。
［主治作用］腕痛，肩臂痛，耳聋，疟疾，消渴，口干，喉痹。
［配伍］配合谷、尺泽、曲池、中渚治手臂拘挛。
［附注］三焦经原穴。
