［解剖］ 在胫骨前肌中；有胫前动、静脉；布有腓肠外侧皮神经及隐神经的皮支，深层当腓深神经。
［主治作用］ 脘腹疼痛，下肢痿痹，转筋，跗肿，肩臂痛。
［配伍］ 配肩髃、肩髎、治肩臂痛。
