［位置定位］ 在腰部，当第2腰椎棘突下，旁开3寸。
［解剖］ 有背阔肌、髂肋肌；有第二腰动、静脉背侧支；布有第十二胸神经后支外侧支，第一腰神经外侧支。
［主治作用］ 遗精 ，阳萎 ，小便不利，水肿，腰脊强痛。
［配伍］ 配命门治遗精。

[Indications] Spermatorrhea, impotence, dysuresis, edema, stiffness and pain in back and lumbar region.
