［位置定位］在足内侧，内踝后下方，当太溪直下1寸，跟骨结节的内侧凹陷处。
［解剖］有胫后动脉跟内侧支；布有小腿内侧皮神经及胫神经的跟骨内侧神经。
［主治作用］月经不调，痛经，阴挺，小便不利，目昏花，腹痛。
［配伍］配中极、水道治肾气亏虚；配气海、血海、肾俞、三阴交、气海俞治肾绞痛、肾结石；配肾俞、中极、血海治血尿。
［附注］肾经郄穴。
[Point Location] 1 cun directly below KI3 in a depression anterior and superior to the medial tuberosity of the calcaneus.
[Indications] Irregular menstruation, prolapse of the uterus, dysuresis, myopia.
