［位置定位］ 在头部，当前发际正中直上2.5寸，旁开1.5寸。
［解剖］ 有帽状腱膜；有额动、静脉，颞浅动、静脉及枕动、静脉的吻合网；当额神经外侧支和枕大神经会合支处。
［主治作用］ 头痛，目眩，鼻塞，热病。
［配伍］ 配百会治头痛。
