［位置定位］ 在背部，当第１胸椎棘突下，旁开3寸。
［解剖］ 在肩胛骨内侧角边缘，表层为斜方肌，深层为肩胛提肌和菱形肌；有颈横动、静脉，布有第一神经后支内侧皮支，肩胛背神经和副神经。
［主治作用］ 肩背疼痛，颈项强急。
［配伍］ 配肩中俞、大椎、列缺治肩背疼痛。
[Point Location] 3 cun lateral to the lower border of the spinous process of T1 (GV 13).
[Indications] Aching of scapular joint, stiffness and pain in the neck.
